Daren joined Thomas Tax & Financial Services in December 2006 as a Payroll Processor in the Accounting Department after receiving his Bachelors Degree in Business Finance from the University of Maine. In August 2007, he became the Accounting Manager and was introduced to the income tax world. By the summer of 2008, Daren had taken on the role of Tax Preparer along with many other tasks throughout the office such as reviewing and e-filing tax returns. In October 2009, Daren expanded his knowledge to investments and became licensed as a Registered Representative. He is an avid University of Maine hockey fan, enjoys playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
